Hi I’m Gayathri from Hyderabad.
I’ve pursued my Bachelors in Physiotherapy in 2016.
During my Studies, I’ve been interested in the Physical Body. I’ve believed that I would be better suited to utilize my knowledge in making people fit rather than treating them for the Physical Problems Since then I’ve been Pursuing Yoga and Zumba to give an Energetic and Calming Fitness Regimen to all my Clients
I’ve been associated with a Spiritual master for the last 15 years. Under his tutelage, I’ve now collaborated with the Team of Temple Fitness to cater to the well being of our Clients I’m in Regular contact with Krishna Mohan and Krishna Teja to incorporate Pilates and Yoga under one roof
Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy or BPT is an undergraduate programme that deals with the structure of the human body. The duration of this course is four years and once the duration of the programme is over, students are required to complete a six months internship.
Physiotherapy is a kind of treatment that is carried through physical forces such as heat, electricity, mechanical pressure, and mechanical forces.
Physiotherapy is done in order to maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability throughout the lifespan. Physiotherapists have a thorough understanding of the human anatomy and the intricacies of bones, muscles and nerves.

Yoga Instructor
Yoga Teacher certified by Kapila Maharshi Research for Resources (KMRR).
The term Yoga in the Western world often denotes a modern form of Hatha yoga and a posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique, consisting largely of asanas.
KMRR Was established in the true spirit of teachings of ancient Indian Sage by name Kapila Maharshi yoga Philosophy who live around 700 B.C. He preached Sankhya Philosophy that became the foundation for Yoga System of Patanjali.
Zumba Dance Instructor
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. In one Zumba class, typically around one hour long, a participant can burn up to 600 kcal, depending on the intensity.
The music combines the dance styles of Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, mambo, Flamenco, ChaChaCha, Reggaeton, Soca, Samba, Hip Hop Music, Axé Music, and Tango.
